To make a virtual appointment, call us at (888) 765-4326 and speak to one of our agents or E-mail us at customercare@edwinnoveljewelrydesign.com. The information that will be needed to make the appointment is your full name, the best return call back number and the desired time for the appointment. We will also need to know the product you would like to view or the reason for the appointment.
Appointments for purchasing or for comparing merchandise, we would like to know what you desire to see before the appointment. We hold a large quantity of merchandise that can overwhelm or confuse a customer. We have a checkpoint between our vault, gemologist office and customer service because of our inventory control system, we want to be ready before the call and avoid our customer from waiting to see our jewelry. We want to make sure that our gemologists will have time to work effectively with our customer service and find the best merchandise to suit the needs of the customer.
For repair or resizing, we need to know the invoice number of the merchandise and the full name of who will be coming to our facility. To make the experience efficient for a repair, we would need to know the issue with the merchandise and what needs to be repaired. If you need a re-sizing, we would like to know the difference in size or the size we need to make the ring. It is completely OK if you do not know your ring size, just expect few moments of delay.
