All of our design professionals have years of experience in the jewelry manufacturing industry, giving them a level of creative thought that they use to achieve the customer’s ultimate desired result. The process of creating a custom piece of quality jewelry is never easy, but we have made the process as simple as possible for our customers. Our consultations are always free, no matter if you are contacting us via email, through our website, over the phone, or in person. During the design consultation process, you are welcome to submit your own design and allow our creative designers to bring your ideas to life. While creating that perfect custom item with our designers, you are able to choose from our selection of loose stones and precious metal options to find the combination that best fits your jewelry’s personality. We carry every cut and shape of diamond and gemstone, with an almost limitless selection of size, and different diamond quality and color grade in order to provide you the best variety of options within your budget. We can help you find the best priced option to fit your needs. Simply contact one of our designers or start your design on our website’s design assistant, choose your stone(s) and the appropriate cut(s) you are looking for (emerald, asscher, radiant, princess, round, pear, marquise, heart, cushion, etc.) and we will help you find the perfect stone based on your size/budget requirements to perfectly match your jewelry’s design and setting.

During the custom jewelry creative process, our designers will go over your options and specifications with you and provide a quote that will include the estimated time, price, and specifications with your chosen options. Once your specifications are confirmed and your estimate is complete, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required to begin the custom design, upon which time our design team will create a rendering (computer design) for your feedback/approval prior to beginning forging, casting, and setting your custom piece of jewelry. During the rendering approval process, we will work with you to make as many modifications to the rendering as necessary to assure your design is perfectly represented and approved before the actual casting. Upon your final approval of your design rendering, full payment is required. Depending on the complexity of your item, some pieces can be created in a matter of days, however for most custom-designed pieces, the turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks. This time frame is for wax printing, casting, setting, final polishing, AGA certification, and final inspection/evaluation by our quality control team and gemologists. Upon our final evaluation and quality check, you will be notified that your jewelry is ready for shipping. All shipments will require signature for insurance and liability purposes. Should you not be satisfied with your custom order for any reason, Edwin Novel Jewelry Design will allow a one-time exchange for another item of equal or greater value within 30 days of the original delivered date of your custom-designed jewelry. Item must be of equal or greater value than the original custom item being exchanged, with the difference in higher value paid by the customer. No credit or refund will be given on custom order exchanges if customer chooses to trade for item of lesser value than original custom item. Due to the complexity and the individual requirements of each custom piece, any returns of custom items must be received by Edwin Novel Jewelry Design within 30 days of the customer’s receipt of their custom jewelry order, and will be subject to a 35% restocking fee based on the total amount paid for the custom item being returned. Any returns on custom-designed jewelry will require a Return Merchandise Authorization number and are also subject to the additional terms and requirements set forth under our Terms and Conditions, Shipping Policies, Return Policies, Layaway Plan Terms, Payment Method Policies, Warranty Terms, and will be subject to any additional terms and policies separately indicated within our website, on invoices, credit applications, promissory notes, or any other document processed in regard to business conducted with Edwin Novel Jewelry Design.
